How does one go about collecting the tipoff reward?  (The Criminal Investigation Bureau)
With regard to the matter whether tipping off a criminal case entitles an individual to collect the reward, per stipulations provided by the “Implementation Guideline in the Police Institution’s Offering Reward for the General Public to Supply Criminal Leads in Assisting to Crack down the Case”, when the police institution has received an informant has supplied of leads and in turn cracked down a criminal case, the informant naturally is eligible to apply for the reward, provided that under the current implementation, the informant is still require to produce the tipoff deposition in order for the police institution to conduct the review and approval work.
