What factors affect the endorsement seal assessment?  (The Criminal Investigation Bureau)
The printout of endorsed documents, besides the seal, is closely related to the inkpad, pressure, choice of paper and cushioning material, and although by theory the endorsement produced by the same seal should be identical, yet in fact minute changes can occur as affected by variables such as the inkpad, pressure, choice of paper and cushioning material, thus at time of assessment, special caution is to made in considering these factors, or else it can lead to discrepancy in the assessment.  Of disputed handwriting pending assessment and the gathering of comparison standardized handwriting, both need to adopt the original handwriting as a principle because photocopied or faxed handwriting can only manifest the overall appearance of the handwriting but lack the penning pressure, stroke sequence, repetitive stroke, addition stroke, pause and so forth of minute characteristics, thus it is best to submit the original handwriting, particularly of disputed handwriting.
